How are the shipping charges calculated?

All shipping is free of charge within NZ


Pause or Bring Forward (Subscriptions)

You can choose to pause a delivery (up to a maximum of 90 days) or bring forward your delivery (up to a maximum 28 days). Contact us at office@good3.net.nz



There is no fee or charge to cancel, and you will only be liable for any balance outstanding on any product that you have already been sent and not fully paid.

A product order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed and paid for.

However future products on subscription selected for autoship can be cancelled within 10 working days of the next scheduled delivery date. So you can enjoy the savings and free gift, there is a minimum subscription of 3 months.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service in the first instance to see if we can resolve your issue and, where appropriate, to return the items. Upon product return we will issue a refund or exchange for an alternative item.

Products must have been purchased directly from  www.mojomed.co.nz

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
  • Please enclose your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip) with your return.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in cases such as; item is no longer required, you failed to claim the item at the custom, ordered in error, or missed the delivery. Upon receipt of the order, your item(s) will be refunded to your account minus a NZ$20 restocking fee. Please note that packages can take several weeks to be returned to us. A full refund will be given if the return is as the result of our error. To protect both company and client, tracking is required for every returned package. We do not accept return shipments marked Return to Sender.
